Peaches collects the minimum needed to take your order, ship it, and let you hear from us if you asked to. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.

What we collect, and why

• When you pre-order: your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details — collected and processed by Razorpay, our payment provider. We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. We use the rest solely to fulfil and ship your order and to send order updates.
• When you join the waitlist: your email, collected via Tally, used only to tell you when the batch launches. Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribe and you're gone.
• When you visit the site: anonymous, aggregate visit statistics via Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first tool that uses no cookies and collects no personal data. We can see that a page was visited, never who you are.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookieless. Embedded services (the Tally waitlist form, Razorpay checkout) operate under their own privacy policies when you use them.

How long we keep it

Order details are kept as long as required for accounting and tax law. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or we delete the list, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Email hello@thepeachesjournal.com to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. We'll act on it within 7 business days, subject to records we're legally required to retain.
